If you’re wearing a short sleeve shirt, you can’t wear a tie. As funny as Dilbert may be, he is not cool. There are exceptions to this rule:

1) You are an IBM engineer from the 50′s
2) You look like this:

Wearing a double breasted suit jacket with jeans is not cool, has never been cool, and never will be cool.
